In 2020 Broadwater installed a UV system in our commercially run swim school pool. I cannot fault any aspect, excellent from start to finish. Since then we have been using Broadwater to carry out our routine maintenance on both the Evoqua ATG Spectra 3 UV system, and Depolox chemical dosing system.

Since our initial contact, we have always received excellent service from the professional and friendly Broadwater team.

The installation process was well-planned, professional and completed on time within the agreed budget. Since installation the system has been very reliable, consistently maintaining improved water quality and substantially reducing the amount of downtime that used to be required for cleaning purposes.

Our relationship with Broadwater has positively impacted on our in-house team by giving us back valuable time and resource to carry out other compliance and maintenance tasks.  Our expenditure on remedial actions has also significantly reduced.  The customer service supplied by Broadwater is excellent, and as an educational establishment which continually battles with budgets,  their pricing is also at the right level for us.

From the top down, their Managers and Operators have a wealth of experience and I cannot overstate the peace of mind I had when handing Broadwater’s Operating Logs to the visiting inspectors, knowing we had the subject covered and that they were impressed by what they found.

Broadwater provide a complete turnkey solution for our water hygeien needs, and we know any requests, issues or problems are dealt with in a timely manner with as little disruption as possible, they go above and beyond to ensure a smooth continuation of service. Their staff are polite courteous and professional at all times, this along with having fluid systems and processes ensures a high quality final product.

Can I also say that Darran was excellent delivering the training today, it was useful training for our staff and he pitched it just right for the mix of staff we had.

The install of the new pool water controllers and dosing system at Sheppey Pool looks great. The Management Team were very impressed with Broadwater for a very professional job from start to finish.

You are outstanding, the service is brilliant, all the staff are so knowledgeable and professional it is mind blowing. Yet again we got into problems on a Monday and our teach pool dosing unit failed. We managed to place an order for a new unit and you truly did everything possible and got it fitted. The best contractor I have ever experienced.

To say I am pleased with the new install is a gross understatement. I am ecstatic to the nth degree. The team have done an awesome job installing in an amazingly short period of time. We certainly found the best company to do the job.

Just a quick one, really great service on the last repair visit at Latchmere LC (Hanovia UV lamp system) extraction fan replacement and fault finding on two of my Sodium Bicarbonate pumps. Really happy with efficiency and attention to details during the works. All works now brilliantly and my combined chlorine is dropping as the UV is now once again in operation

Broadwater delivered a first-class project, understanding our needs as a school and completing on time and to budget, with impressive efficiency, skill and professionalism.

We were extremely pleased with the outcome and now have a pool that is much more efficient, safe and easier to operate and maintain.

Filter refurbishment went really well and once again you provided us with a 5* service and completed ahead of schedule, even with a few unexpected operational issues.
